How does SleepHub™ work?

While you sleep, your brain produces waves. As you move through different sleep cycles, the shapes and frequencies of these waves change. Reproducing these waves in the right sequence is the key to encouraging your brain to enter those natural sleep cycles. Has SleepHub™ been tested?

As part of its development, we tested SleepHub™ with a cohort of individuals suffering from sleep-related issues. The positive responses from this trial provided evidence that SleepHub™ can re-train the brain to revert to natural sleep patterns.

How long does it take to feel the benefits of using SleepHub™?

Results may vary depending on the user and their unique sleep issues. Everyone’s sleep journey is different, but from the tests we have conducted, we have seen some people report benefits within a few days, whilst others have taken several weeks to experience a benefit.

The best way to break any bad habit is with repetition of a good one, so the more you use SleepHub™, the better your sleep experience will be.

What if SleepHub™ doesn’t work for me?

SleepHub™ is designed to re-train your brain and, like all training, this can take time. We recommend you persist for a minimum of eight weeks before deciding it doesn’t work for you.

How does the 60-day moneyback guarantee work?

Everyone’s sleep journey is different and while we expect most customers to experience improved sleep when using their SleepHub™, that may not be everyone’s experience. That’s why we provide a 60-day sleep guarantee which simply means that we will refund your money if you don’t experience improved sleep within 60 days of the product being shipped to you. Yes, SleepHub™ comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.

When can I pre-order SleepHub™?

How does pre-ordering work?

Our pre-order offer is only running for a limited time – order now and you will benefit from a reduced price of £549 (£50 discount) and free delivery within the UK and internationally. You can pre-order your SleepHub™ here with a deposit of just £50, and pay the remaining amount when your SleepHub™ is ready to be shipped to you. At this point, we will send you an email and ask you to make your final payment of £499. With our 60-day sleep guarantee, you can order with confidence, meaning if you don’t get your sleep back, you’ll get your money back.

How much does SleepHub™ cost?

SleepHub™ is available to pre-order for a limited time at a discounted price of £549, which includes a saving of £50 and free delivery within the UK and internationally. You can place your pre-order here with a deposit of just £50 and we will ask for your final payment of £499 when your SleepHub™ is ready to ship.

When will my pre-ordered SleepHub™ arrive?

A limited number of SleepHub™ products are currently in production and will be making their way to our UK distribution centre where they will be reserved exclusively for customers who have pre-ordered. We expect your pre-ordered SleepHub™ to be ready to ship to you by no later than mid-October. We’ll keep you updated after you have placed your pre-order and will let you know as soon as your SleepHub™ is ready to ship. At this point, we will ask you to make your full payment of £499. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will arrange to ship your SleepHub™ to you.

Why do I need to pay a deposit to pre-order SleepHub™?

We only have limited stock available for pre-order at this time and paying a £50 deposit is your opportunity to reserve your own SleepHub™. You will also benefit from a limited time £50 discount on your SleepHub™ and free delivery within the UK and internationally.  

What happens about making my final pre-order payment after paying my deposit?

Once you have paid your £50 pre-order deposit, we will keep you updated via email and let you know when your SleepHub™ is ready to ship. At this point, we will ask you to make your final payment of £499. You will then have 7 days to make that payment. If we have not received your payment within 7 days, your pre-order will be cancelled and your reserved SleepHub™ will be allocated to another customer. If this happens, we will arrange to refund your deposit.

Can I pre-order more than one SleepHub™?

You can pre-order more than one SleepHub™ but because stock is limited, we will be monitoring pre-order numbers and may put a limit in place to make sure as many customers as possible can benefit from SleepHub™ during this period. 

Can I cancel my SleepHub™ pre-order?

If your circumstances change after you have placed your pre-order and you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order, please contact us at support@sleephub.com and we will cancel your pre-order and arrange to refund your deposit. It is worth remembering that with our 60-day sleep guarantee, you can order with confidence, meaning if you don’t get your sleep back, you’ll get your money back.

What if I need to change the information on my pre-order?

If you have a change of address or contact details, please contact us at support@sleephub.com as soon as you can so we can keep in touch with you regarding your SleepHub™ pre-order progress. You will also have the opportunity to update your details, such as delivery and billing address, when you make your final payment, before we arrange to ship your SleepHub™.

Is SleepHub™ available to pre-order for international shipping?

You can place a pre-order for SleepHub™ for shipping to most international regions. However, we do not currently ship to the states of California or Nebraska in the USA. We use a tracked delivery service with various couriers to manage our international shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your SleepHub™, subject to your delivery destination. Please note that payment for pre-orders can only be made in Pound Sterling (GBP).      

Using SleepHub™

How do I setup my SleepHub™?

SleepHub™ has been designed to be quick and easy to set up. The user guide provided with your SleepHub™ provides ‘quick start’ information to enable you to set up and start using SleepHub™ straight away. It also contains more detailed information about how to set up your SleepHub™ with your unique personal preferences.

Where should I place my SleepHub™?

This could be on your bedside table, desk, chair or wherever suits you. The most important thing is that you have one speaker either side of your sleeping position.

When should I use my SleepHub™?

SleepHub™ should be used during the hours when you usually sleep. Whether you usually sleep at night, during the day, or both, you should activate your chosen sleep mode when you go to bed.

How often should I use my SleepHub™?

We recommend that you use SleepHub™ every time you go to bed. The best way to break any bad habit is with repetition of a good one, so the more you use SleepHub™, the better your sleep experience will be.

Should I change my routine when I use my SleepHub™?

We advise you to adhere to your usual bedtime routine when using SleepHub™.

Can I play music on my SleepHub™?

Yes, your SleepHub™ comes with premium speakers that can also be used to play music by connecting a device via Bluetooth.

Can SleepHub™ be used by more than one person at the same time?

Yes, you and your partner or room mate can both use SleepHub™ at the same time but you will need to go to bed at the same time and use the same sleep programme. Results may vary for each user.

Does SleepHub™ record audio or video?

SleepHub™ does not record audio or video. The device does not feature an in-built microphone or camera.

Can children use SleepHub™?

No, we do not recommend children use SleepHub™. SleepHub™ has been developed to re-train adult brains to revert to natural sleep cycles. For parents who have irregular sleep patterns because they have young children, we recommend the nap setting for 30, 45 and 60 minute naps.

Will using other sleep products such as sleeping tablets or vapour oils while I’m using SleepHub™ get better results?

There is no harm in supplementing SleepHub™ usage with other sleep products but we don’t anticipate that these will make a difference to how SleepHub™ improves your sleep.
