All SleepHub® orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse using tracked delivery services. We use DPD for UK deliveries and TNT for non-UK deliveries. You will usually receive tracking information directly from the parcel carrier by email and/or sms once your product has been collected and is ready for delivery.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday during non-holiday periods and we aim to process orders for shipping as quickly as possible from receiving them – we aim for the same day processing of orders received by 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Once your order is ready for shipping, please allow the following times for your SleepHub® to be delivered:

  • UK: up to 7 working days
  • Europe: up to 10 working days
  • Rest of the World: up to 15 workings days

We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that these times are achieved, however they may be extended beyond our control as a result of the following situations:

  • UK and international holiday periods, and busy/peak trading periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday
  • the departure of the UK from the EU Single Market and Customs Union, which happened on 1 January 2021
  • whilst the Covid-19 pandemic affects businesses and the movement of goods  

If you have not received your SleepHub® within these times, please contact us so that we can look into it and make sure your delivery is made as quickly as possible.

Delivery is free of charge to the UK and Europe. For all other international locations, delivery is charged at £25.

As we ship from the UK, please note that import duties or taxes may apply to shipments outside of the UK. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Where payment of the applicable duties and taxes are not made and your SleepHub® is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
